REGISTRATION OPENS SATURDAY APRIL 5, 2025

Join us for Cruisers on the Rockies II – a 4-day, 4-night camping, trail-riding, and social bash exclusively for Land Cruiser 100, 200, and 300 Series (and Lexus LX) fans! This July, we're taking everything that makes Cruisers on the Rocks unforgettable and heading west to Silverton, Colorado, to set up base camp at the breathtaking Kendall Mountain Recreation Area. With a sprawling lodge, wraparound deck, and camping fields at the foot of Kendall Mountain, it's the perfect launchpad for a true off-road experience.

What's Happening at Crockies II?

When the day’s trails wrap up, there’s more fun waiting:

• Welcome Party & Cookout – Meet everyone on the deck and kick things off with food and fun!

• Crockies Swap Meet – Gear swap for all those hard-to-find parts and extras.

• Dissent Off-Road Cornhole Tournament – Get your game face on!

• Driver Raffle – Fantastic prizes up for grabs!

• Potluck Dinner – Bring a dish and dig into a group feast.

• Whiskey Tasting – For those who want a little something extra after a day on the trails.

  
  

Hit the Trails

Each morning, pick from a lineup of 12 epic trail runs, guided by pros to help you experience the famous scenery of Silverton and beyond. Plus, you’ll get to brush up on Tread Lightly principles and top-notch trail etiquette as we go.

Meals & More

We’ve got the essentials covered: each morning kicks off with a hot breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs, and toast, plus coffee and juice. Every evening (except Tuesday), a delicious dinner with soft drinks and cold beer will be served. Tuesday night’s the perfect time to head into Silverton to check out the local restaurants or stock up on groceries for campfire cooking. Most trail runs require you to pack a lunch, but some trails will lead us to spots in Telluride, Ouray, or Lake City where you can grab a bite.

NEW FOR 2025!!!

One of the most exciting new offerings this year is an overnight run from the Front Range into Silverton before the event starts.

Here’s the plan for the overnight run (subject to updates):We’ll meet up Sunday morning in Walsenburg or Westcliffe and run Medano Pass into The Great Sand Dunes National Park. After exploring the dunes, we’ll head to Salida for an overnight campout.

• Expect a evening with drinks, beer, and an amazing camp-cooked meal prepared by Tim of Gamiviti Racks fame and his talented crew!

• Monday morning, we’ll break camp early and hit the trail, staying off-highway all day as we traverse the stunning backcountry between Salida and Silverton.

• We’ll roll into the Crockies camp via Lake City and either Cinnamon or Engineer Pass, just in time to set up and join the Welcome Party!

We’re planning to split into two groups for the drive:

• A “fast” group led by me for those who want to keep a brisk pace.

• A more relaxed group led by someone else for those who prefer to take it easy.

This overnight run will have limited spots, and COTR4 attendees will get first dibs, followed by Cruisers on the Rockies I attendees, before sign-ups open to the public.
